Lisa provides an update to Helen on progress with GBShared over the past 2 weeks. Key points discussed: hiring of 2 part-time staff (daughter Ellie for marketing, plus an ambassador for customer service), development of new platform and branding, plans to launch nationally across 9 counties in early Feb after testing complete, idea to eventually expand abroad long-term, and advice from Helen to proactively recruit ambassadors in major UK cities now to drive growth.
